"I am a tenant at 156 Duke St. W. and have been for about 3 1/2 years. I find the building to be clean and well maintained both inside and out. Any problems I have had, have been promptly tended to. The superintendent is very personable and easy to deal with. To date I have had no bad experiences since moving in. The location of the building is only a block away from downtown Kitchener.
